Tonbridge and Malling Cycling Strategy: Draft for Public Consultation

The report set out details of the draft Cycling Strategy prepared by Kent County Council (KCC) for the Tonbridge and Malling area and sought agreement to undertake public consultation.
Following consideration by the Joint Transportation Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that:
KCC's Draft Cycling Strategy for Tonbridge and Malling be endorsed by the Borough Council for consultation purposes.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Joint Transportation Board of 18 March 2013.
